- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1/2 c. plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. +Life
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. ice
- In a blender, combine all ingredients, and blend until smooth.
- Top with extra fruit or whipped cream and enjoy!
