How much should I use?

It’s entirely your choice however many people begin with one 1 teaspoon. Then after feeling the impact and taste you can increase to a tablespoon or two teaspoons or more if you like.

Yes. If you return the product within 30 days after purchase with the seal unopened, you will receive a 100% refund. If the product has been opened or used you will receive a 50% refund.
